Coaching Sessions

Job search coaching sessions can be scheduled "as needed" at the rate of $150 per hour or $75 per half hour.

Typical coaching issues:

• Job target assessment; strategic keyword development

• Exploration of alternative career paths
• Last-minute interview preparation and coaching

Resume Analysis

$150 – Detailed analysis + consulting session.

$75 – Detailed written analysis OR half hour consulting session

For example:

• Analysis of resume and recommendations for improvement
• Resume marketability / keyword assessment
• Review of job search methodology
• Assessment of other job search documents, cover letters, applications, KSAs, etc.

Job Search Coaching Package

$295 – Five half-hour sessions (weekly, biweekly, "as needed") to keep your job search on track.

For example:

• Job search planning and guidance for your unique situation
• Advice on traditional vs. electronic job search methods
• Feedback on cover letters, follow up letters, applications
• Interview preparation; practice interviewing

Personalized guidance, advice, and support on strategic keywording, job search management, and Web-based resources to speed up your job search:

• Job search planning
• Recommendations on pros and cons of various job search strategies (traditional vs. electronic, e-mail vs. postal mail, fax, etc.)
• Strategies for "confidential" job searching
• Ongoing advice, feedback, and support at critical points in the job search process
• Interviewing skills assessment; "practice” interviewing

Ala Carte: $150 per hour / $75 half hour

Jumpstart Your Job Search Package: $295, 5 half-hour coaching sessions.

$1,950 – Consultation and ongoing coaching with Pat Kendall, development of targeted resume and cover letter, cover letter customizing, resume distribution, and ongoing sessions to "keep you on track" and facilitate optimum results.

This package is tailored to meet each job seeker's unique needs and may include any combination of the following:

• Exploration of job search techniques and strategies
• Development of a Job Search Action Plan
• Composition and development of resume; additional versions as needed
• Composition of cover letters and job search correspondence
• Preparation of multiple electronic version(s) of the resume for Internet posting, Web hosting, or employer scanning
• Distribution of resume (various methods)
• Resume mailing, e-mailing, and faxing
• Submission of resume at online job sites
• Assessment of interviewing skills
• Ongoing support, encouragement, and advice
